When most people think of speakeasies they think of New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles. The trendy, big cities with hopping nighttime vibes and a prohibition history. I’m pretty sure you don’t think of Kansas City. But as we found out on our first trip, Kansas City has deep prohibition roots.
