The road trip to the Shire would have been too long as we were house sitting for dogs on a set schedule. But just being there, in New Zealand, for 2 months as a huge LOTR nut was the reward. Gorgeous place, friendly people and some of the best produce and dairy in the world. Great post.

It was honestly one of the best tours we’ve ever taken! And I loved the Jurrasic Park ATV tour, this was even better!
