This is a great wrap-up for the year! I was in Denver last year and didn’t know about Ushi, but I ate at Aloy Modern Thai which was fabulous! Diving in Australia is still one of my best memories, too. I haven’t visited Salzburg since I was a child, so I think it’s time to take the adult me to that gorgeous little town- maybe for Christmas!
